The YMCA of the Triangle with 13 regional branches needed a variety of fundraising materials and found it challenging to manage multiple outside vendors. They needed to create a strategy for a coordinated, seamless multi-channel campaign that positioned the organization for strong fundraising.
Coordinated Annual Campaign
Coordinated development of their annual We Build People campaign by producing a video (concept, interviews, transcript, writing and directing) and created annual storyboards.
Leveraged Media Relationships
Wrote advertising supplements for the Triangle Business Journal, including interviews and transcription for 8 articles
Conducted research, developed concept and wrote annual case statement, which allowed for segmented donors and prospects for annual fund direct mail letters
Tailored Direct Mail
Tailored messaging to fit the unique personality of each of the 13 branches; wrote and designed annual appeal and direct mail package; and managed the printing and mailing of fundraising appeals.
